 These custom curved hardwood spiral stairs and metal spiral staircases come with a choice of tread and rail styles to suit every décor and all budgets. Detailed layout shop drawings are provided for your approval before production begins to ensure we manufacture exactly what you order.

The easiest & quickest spiral stair kit on the market to assemble - a big labor saver & easy, professional quality results! The one-piece spiral handrail is formed on the actual stair and the balusters slip into a collar that is welded and ground smooth under the spiral rail. Two set screws secure the baluster inside the collar achieving a smooth, custom-made appearance. Unlike other spiral stairs, there are no screws for your fingers to feel...spiral stairs installation is easy and complete!

2- ½” high x 1- ¾” wide - 2- 1/4 wide x 1-3/8 high
5- ½ high x 1- ¾ wide - Colonial rail

1. Pre-drilled smooth steel to accept wood cover
2. 5/4 hardwood over smooth steel (oak, maple or mahogany etc.)

Custom Series Spiral Stair Details: CS200

Every Custom Series Spiral Staircase is made from detailed shop drawings that we prepare and you approve. Fabrication time is 4-6 weeks after approval. All stairs are pre-assembled at the plant, painted in black primer and shipped knocked down with all necessary hardware and complete spiral staircase plans and instructions enclosed.
