STANDARD FEATURES
- Pre-assembled, fully formed handrails including
solid wood rails reinforced with a flush mounted steel
channel.
- Full-sleeve, exact-fit solid steel treads.
- Available in diameters from 3'-6" to 10-'0" in 6"
increments.
- Metal spiral staircase design is good for any height including stacking for multiple
levels.
- Includes platform, platform closure rail, layout
drawings and all necessary hardware and
sensible
instructions.

- 1 5/16" steel.
- 2¼" W x 1 3/8" H - Oak, Maple or Mahogany.

- Pre-drilled smooth steel (to receive wood cover
by others.)
- 5/4 Hardwood over smooth steel (Oak, Maple or
Mahogany.)
- ¾" Plywood (for carpeting) over smooth steel.
- Checkered safety plate, perforated metal and
grating.
- Other treads available.
- Matching wood platform covers.
- Choice of 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 balusters.
- Spiral stairs can be made to meet specific codes such as Boca, UBC,
etc. upon request.
- Additional Stairwell / Millwork options such as well
railing, newell posts and nosings.
